I liked well-appointed and new-fashioned room here.
Overall had very enjoyable stay for 2 and 3 nights. The location was convenient, next to Box Hill, Ringwood or even Melbourne as well as Eastland shopping centres and easily accessible. It also was so close to everything with great parking.

Only spent one night. Arrived Early evening and went out with friends for dinner . Early start Ballooning in Yarra valley so returned to shower. did not eat breakfast . I like the olde world charm and the ambience of the hotel
Service. I did not like no attendance in reception and when u rang at the reception desk , they didn,t answer. not that helpful when requesting information. told u only what u asked nothing extra. i believe the price i paid did not match the service. no mention of late check out when he knew we going ballooning and were returning after a extremely early start, (3.30am.) or info about late breakfast.Would not stay again.

Not obvious to find, but once we found this hotel, everything was perfect!

Spent a wonderful weekend in a charming and comfortable hotel. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice. The location was key; we visited both the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley without any problems. The staff was attentive and helpful, and they accommodated us when we needed fresh milk. What a great surprise, we got to enjoy a sumptuous and well-prepared breakfast.
While the available information on the types of meals offered was missing on the menu, the staff was quick to respond and provided us with excellent service. The absence of extra pillows or blankets was also a little disappointing.
